Verana Cross-Ecosystem Wallet Interop

Every mature identity wallet ships a static list of trusted issuers, compiled at build time and updated by release. This work replaces that list with a live, fail-closed call to the Verana trust resolver, using the same HTTP surface in every target so the approach is portable rather than bespoke. Shipped and device-verified: MOSIP's Inji as a full issuer, wallet and verifier triangle; the EUDI reference Android wallet validated on testnet against France Identité's Unfold playground; Talao AltMe, Sphereon, Paradym and Procivis One built and demonstrated on device with both trusted and rogue paths verified; and Hologram running natively on vs-agent. SWIYU, the Swiss Confederation wallet, is partial: positive and control issuance flows are accepted on Android, one verifier request path remains blocked.
